Happy Pill Tea is pure apothecary sunshine: golden flowers, blush mimosa, ruby schisandra berries and threads of saffron steeping into a cup that looks like late afternoon in a bottle garden. The flavor is bright and layered — floral first, then berry-tart, then warm. Brew it for brunch tables, porch swings, and any ordinary Tuesday that could use a little ceremony. Prefer the capsules? Directions
Steep 1-2 tsp loose leaf (or 1 handmade bag) per 8 oz hot water for 10-15 minutes. Cover while steeping to keep the aromatics in the cup. Strain, sip slowly, and keep the kettle warm for a second pour. (Directions follow the apothecary's standard tea template.)
