Overview
Immune-At-Ease Tea is the blend that lives by the hearth: dark elderberries, purple echinacea, astragalus sweetness and the deep forest earthiness of reishi, steeping into the darkest, richest cup on the tea shelf. It's a cold-evening tea — wool socks, a fire or a candle standing in for one, and a book with a cracked spine. Brew it when the weather turns and the evenings come early. Prefer the capsules? Ingredients
Elder flower, ginger, garlic, thyme, rosemary, echinacea-style herbs where available, nettle, peppermint, chamomile, lemon peel, and mineral herbs.
Directions
Steep 1-2 tsp loose leaf (or 1 handmade bag) per 8 oz hot water for 10-15 minutes. Cover while steeping to keep the aromatics in the cup. Strain, sip slowly, and keep the kettle warm for a second pour. (Directions follow the apothecary's standard tea template.)
