Overview
Sacred Balance Tea pours the green heart of the apothecary garden into a cup: holy basil's clove-sweet aroma, nettle's deep green, sage's soft earthiness, and chamomile smoothing every edge. It's a tea for thresholds — the pause between tasks, the page before the letter, the breath before the answer. Brew it when you want the room to feel like an altar for a few minutes. Prefer the capsules? This blend is also available as Sacred Balance Capsules.

Ingredients
Holy basil, fenugreek seed, nettle, sage, chamomile, dandelion, alfalfa, lemon balm, saffron, lavender, and nourishing mineral-rich herbs.
Directions
Steep 1-2 tsp loose leaf (or 1 handmade bag) per 8 oz hot water for 10-15 minutes. Cover while steeping to keep the aromatics in the cup. Strain, sip slowly, and keep the kettle warm for a second pour. (Directions follow the apothecary's standard tea template.)
Who It Is Best For
Altar-side rituals, journaling pauses, and gardeners’ tea breaks.
Ritual Tip
A fresh sage leaf floated on top makes the cup smell like the garden it came from.
